Erich Engeln shawl Schultertuch

These incredible vintage-styled shawls are usually knit of thin yarn. This makes them really beautiful but not for hard use under the snow. I decided to combine stunning beauty and tenderness of the pattern with the warmth and solidity of wool. I have painted 100% wool gradually and added thin mohair/lurex yarn for more "winter" look. Shawl turned out great, wide and able to be worn as coat or poncho. Erich Engeln who was creator of the model, designed the shawl crescent-shaped, that allows to wrap it comfortably around the neck.

Dimensions:
central line - 80 cm (32")
from edge to edge - 160 cm (64")
